**Job Summary**

As a Meat Cutter Apprentice at Shaw's, you will be responsible for operating saws, grinders, and other meat processing machinery. You will also use knives to cut, trim, and prepare meat products. Additionally, you will inspect, sort, and grade meat products, ensuring they meet quality standards. You will also be responsible for inspecting displayed products for expired dates and removing them when necessary. Furthermore, you will take special orders from customers and provide special cuts. Finally, you will maintain division markdown policy and ensure that all products are properly displayed.

**Key Responsibilities**
