Group Home Paraprofessional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Group Home Paraprofessional to join our team at Therapeutic Alternatives. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality services to adults with disabilities or mental illness.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized support to individuals in a group home setting, promoting independence and self-advocacy.
- Assist with daily living activities, transportation, and outings to community events and appointments.
- Develop and implement individualized habilitation plans to address specific goals and needs.
- Document services provided and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with supervisors and other professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 25 years old.
- Valid driver's license and 3 years of driving experience.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred.
