About the Job:
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with physician orders.
- Treat clients using therapeutic activities designed to restore function and improve daily living skills.
- Demonstrate and teach alternative techniques for completing daily tasks, proper transfers, and positioning.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely client care progress records, submitting documentation within 24 hours of each visit.
Requirements:
- A minimum of one year of occupational therapy experience.
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of SC.
- Home health experience is highly desirable.
- A valid driver's license and auto liability insurance.
