Job Summary

As a Mammography Team Lead at Tekfortune Inc, you will play a crucial role in the efficient and effective delivery of mammography services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide lead/resource support for management, promoting excellent patient care through supervision, evaluation, and training of departmental personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of mammography technologists
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and quality patient care
  • Procure and maintain equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and safety
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement protocols for mammography services
  • Monitor and maintain quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Current ARRT RT(R) credential
  • Current unencumbered Oregon license in Radiologic Technology
  • Current ARRT Mammography certification or equivalent
  • Three (3) years mammographer experience
  • Healthcare Provider BLS certification
  • Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and records
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with a normal work schedule. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of an integrated team to achieve a common goal.
