As a Mammography Team Lead at Tekfortune Inc, you will play a crucial role in the efficient and effective delivery of mammography services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide lead/resource support for management, promoting excellent patient care through supervision, evaluation, and training of departmental personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and evaluate the performance of mammography technologists
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and quality patient care
- Procure and maintain equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and safety
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement protocols for mammography services
- Monitor and maintain quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives
- Current ARRT RT(R) credential
- Current unencumbered Oregon license in Radiologic Technology
- Current ARRT Mammography certification or equivalent
- Three (3) years mammographer experience
- Healthcare Provider BLS certification
- Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and records
This is a full-time position with a normal work schedule. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of an integrated team to achieve a common goal.
