Job Summary

We are seeking a Strategic Clinical Admissions Director to join our team. This pivotal role will focus on generating business, refining the referral process, managing portfolios, and paving the pathway to strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive new business growth and revenue
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to develop and implement programs that meet the needs of our patients and communities
  • Manage and analyze data to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Pursue strategic partnerships to expand our reach and services
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of recent clinical experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
