Position Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and innovative Family and Child Therapist to provide exceptional therapeutic services in a dynamic and supportive setting. Help us reshape the landscape of mental health care and promote wellness across diverse communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and create personalized treatment strategies.
  • Employ creative, evidence-based techniques to assist clients in reaching and surpassing their therapeutic objectives.
  • Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in line with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain a minimum caseload of 26 client visits weekly for full-time clinicians.
  • Collaborate with case managers, families, medical personnel, and other staff to provide integrated care for clients.
  • Engage in supervision, case consultations, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LISW, etc.) in South Carolina is mandatory.
  • A master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
  • Fully licensed clinicians should ideally be credentialed with insurance panels.
  • Experience in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing treatment plans is essential.
  • Proven experience in psychotherapy with children and families is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • A commitment to working with a diverse clientele within professional boundaries.
  • Familiarity with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems is advantageous.
  • Engage in outreach initiatives to raise mental health awareness and promote our services within the community.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
