Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day real estate operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant looking to transition into the real estate industry. You will work closely with our real estate agents and brokers to provide top-notch support, ensuring seamless transactions and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and manage appointments, property showings, and meetings.
  • Prepare, proofread, and organize real estate documents such as contracts, agreements, and disclosures.
  • Maintain and update client and property databases (e.g., CRM software).
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle client inquiries professionally.

Marketing & Communication:
  • Assist in creating and managing marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and online listings.
  • Post and update property listings on MLS and other real estate platforms.
  • Manage social media accounts and coordinate digital marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate open houses, events, and property tours.

Transaction Coordination:
  • Monitor and track transaction deadlines to ensure compliance with contract terms.
  • Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, and other parties to facilitate a smooth transaction process.
  • Prepare closing documents and coordinate closing activities.

General Support:
  • Conduct property research, including market trends and comparable sales.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and office supplies.
  • Provide general support to the real estate agent/broker as needed.

Salary Information
Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
