Job Overview

Position Summary:

As a skilled HVAC Technician, your primary role will involve executing repairs, conducting maintenance, installing systems, and diagnosing issues across a range of both commercial and residential HVAC equipment. You will also be responsible for completing the necessary documentation related to these tasks.

Incentive: $1,000 Hiring Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation of HVAC systems
  • Diagnosing and repairing equipment malfunctions
  • Issuing invoices electronically to clients upon job completion
  • Conducting regular preventative maintenance
  • Responding promptly to emergency service requests
  • Complying with all safety regulations and protocols

Qualifications:

  • At least two years of relevant HVAC service and repair experience or completion of an HVAC technical training program.
  • Possession of a valid CA Driver's License with a clean driving history
  • EPA Certification is preferred
  • A strong willingness to learn and advance within the HVAC field
  • Capability to work independently
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Proficient problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate well with fellow technicians and tradespeople
  • Exceptional time management skills and capacity to manage multiple tasks
  • Physical ability to lift over 50 pounds safely
  • Frequent climbing of extension ladders

Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year in HVAC (Preferred)

Certifications: EPA Type II (Preferred)

Work Environment: Mobile work setting
