Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to support our senior advisor in client meetings, build relationships, and understand our financial planning philosophy. The ideal candidate will identify new areas of business development for current clients, work with our investment, planning, and operations teams, and shadow our director of financial planning and senior advisor to learn advanced techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Sit second chair to the senior advisor in client meetings to take explicit notes, build relationships with clients, and understand the financial planning philosophy.
- Identify and bring to the senior advisor's attention any new areas of business development for current clients, including planning and new assets, referrals, next gen, COIs, etc.
- Work with the investment, planning, and operations teams to learn and eventually collaborate on analysis, recommendations, and service items.
- Shadow both the director of financial planning to learn the financial planning process and the senior advisor to learn advanced financial planning techniques and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Licensed or willing to get licensed - Series 7 and 66 and LAH insurance license required.

Compensation:
$80K-$110K all-inclusive with bonus potential.
