Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for delivering effective, efficient, and timely delivery of our services to multiple customers within an assigned geographic territory.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial properties, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work.
- Conduct face-to-face interactions with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Utilize multiple trade skills to solve maintenance problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Complete work orders in a timely manner and communicate status updates to customers and internal teams.
- Operate handheld devices and business systems to manage work orders and customer interactions.
- Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.
- Two to five years of mechanical experience, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
- Applicable certifications, licenses, and a valid driver's license in good standing.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, write routine reports, and present information to customers.
- Experience with handheld devices and business systems, including Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
- Compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
