In this role, you will be responsible for performing new-patient evaluations and exams, diagnosing patients, creating personalized treatment plans, and providing education on techniques for continued care. To be successful in this position, you must be an accredited PT program graduate with an up-to-date state PT license. Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform new-patient evaluations and exams to diagnose patients and evaluate physical activity limitations.
  • Create personalized treatment plans that set goals and completion dates.
  • Equip patients with PT intervention techniques and exercises, tracking progress and measuring effectiveness.
  • Provide education to patients on techniques for continued care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Accredited PT program graduate.
