At least 5 years in plumbing, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.

Qualifications:

What you need:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the plumbing industry.

New Construction background is a plus

Proven track record of managing and leading a team of technicians.

Strong knowledge of plumbing installation procedures, standards, and regulations.

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle escalated customer issues effectively.

Ability to forecast and monitor departmental performance goals.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide regular feedback, encouragement, support, and professional development to team members.

Responsibilities:

What you will do:
Oversee department performance

Provide daily field support to Plumbing Installation Technicians via phone and on-site assistance

Collaborate with plumbing service and sales, dispatch, warehouse, and any other department necessary to ensure timely and accurate service to customers in accordance with company standards and procedures

Manage all customer service and escalated customer issues and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution

Project and forecast performance goals to achieve or exceed expectations for the plumbing installation department

Provide consistent and accurate feedback, encouragement, support, professional development, and coaching to all Technicians

Plan, develop, and lead facilitation of the weekly technician meetings with appropriate, positive, and balanced content

Ensure that safety topics are incorporated into one-to-one coaching conversations, weekly meetings, and training sessions

Maintain an overall positive culture and team morale while ensuring that every employee is living the company's core values for each individual they interact with

Update knowledge by participating in educational opportunities at Frank Gay Services or individual training including reading professional publications

Must be able to maintain professional conduct in all work situations, uphold a well-groomed appearance, and adapt well to all types of working conditions
