We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Unit Manager to join our team at Casa Real Center in Santa Fe, NM. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans, ensuring that care is delivered in accordance with established standards and regulations.
  • Mentor and educate nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Oversee medication management, ensuring that all medications are handled in accordance with Genesis policy.
  • Provide direct patient care, maintaining skills and expertise in nursing practice.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • At least one year of nurse leadership experience.
  • Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the nursing center state.
  • Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
