Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Specialist/Driver to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse activities and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently prepare and fulfill warehouse orders for delivery and collection, including picking, loading, packing, labeling, and shipping.
  • Receive and manage incoming warehouse products.
  • Conduct regular inventory cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Implement inventory control measures and uphold high-quality standards for audits.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow team members.
  • Safely operate company vehicles and equipment.
  • Adhere to all quality standards, procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Receive inventory shipments and complete necessary documentation.
  • Unload inventory from delivery trucks and ensure proper stocking.
  • Accurately inspect and verify inventory for damage.
  • Confirm customer orders and invoices for accuracy in quantity and quality.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory control systems.

Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with modern warehouse practices and technology, including iPads and Bluetooth devices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical capability to frequently lift and move automotive glass, with weights up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
  • Basic mathematical skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Willingness to learn about RFID technology for inventory management.
  • Experience with warehouse equipment such as pickers and forklifts is advantageous, though not mandatory.
