Key Responsibilities:
Under the direction of a program manager, you will conduct on-site licensure inspections, complaint and incident investigations, and annual comprehensive surveys in facilities to determine compliance with federal and state health and safety regulations. Your expertise will help ensure the well-being and safety of vulnerable populations. You will also communicate effectively with facility staff, providing guidance and support to address deficiencies and improve care.

As a Nurse III, you will be responsible for:

1. Conducting on-site inspections and investigations to ensure compliance with regulations
2. Communicating clearly and accurately with facility staff and others
3. Developing and implementing plans to correct deficiencies
4. Preparing detailed written reports and providing technical assistance
