Certified Nursing Assistant

At Interim HealthCare Duluth, we're committed to providing exceptional care to our patients, and we're seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team.

As a CNA, you'll have the opportunity to work in various facilities, including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, and hospitals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Caring for the personal care and hygiene needs of patients
• Working collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
• Assisting with daily needs, such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating, and nutritional intake
• Monitoring patient vitals, measuring intake/output, and documenting any changes
• Observing patient conditions and notifying supervisors of any issues requiring a change in care, medication, or equipment

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Active Nursing Assistant Certification in Minnesota
• A minimum of 1 year of CNA experience in a medical facility
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
• A compassionate nature, good communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
