Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers and technicians to sell a variety of automotive parts and products through direct interaction and phone communications.
  • Drive revenue by promoting and selling automotive parts and related products.
  • Assist walk-in customers with inquiries regarding sales and services, including pricing and delivery timelines.
  • Process and verify orders to ensure accurate handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping information.
  • Handle payments from customers directly.
  • Monitor inventory levels to maintain adequate stock.
  • Support daily operational tasks and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with in-house DMS systems is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks is essential.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends.
  • Organizational skills and self-motivation are crucial.
  • Familiarity with CDK systems is advantageous.
