Job Description:

The Customer Service Liaison will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at Fort Wayne Airport. This position requires a strong customer service focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Respond to passenger inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with passengers, colleagues, and management.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve conflicts and issues promptly and fairly.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless airport operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school equivalent or higher required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Availability: Must be available to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
