Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation matters from inception to resolution, ensuring timely and effective case management.
  • Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents, demonstrating exceptional writing and analytical skills.
  • Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and mediations, showcasing strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for trial, contributing to the success of the litigation team.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar.
  • 1-3 years of experience in personal injury litigation, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Compensation:

$110,000 - $165,000 per year (DOE), depending on experience and qualifications.
