We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our Spine department as a full-time on call position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and promoting the optimal health, well-being, and safety of our patients.

Job Summary:

This role requires a highly skilled and compassionate RN with a minimum of one year of experience in the OR. You will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and support the mission of AdventHealth. Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient's physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interview, review of medical records & clinical data.
  • Develop and implement patient plan of care and observe outcomes in accordance with nursing standards and in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Promote, advocate, and collaborate to protect the health and safety and rights of each patient.

Requirements:

  • A graduate of an accredited school of nursing or degree program
  • A minimum of one year of RN experience in the OR
  • Current Colorado RN License or a Compact RN License from a NCLA Compact State
  • BLS certification credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA)

Earnings:

The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $85,000 and $110,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience. This includes a competitive base pay, plus benefits and bonuses.
