Computershare presents an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time Lead Cloud Automation Engineer to join our Corporate Trust Services team.

As the Lead Cloud Automation Engineer, you will operate within an Agile framework to develop and maintain cloud automation platforms across the Computershare portfolio while spearheading complex technology initiatives that have a companywide impact.

Your role will involve active participation in a development team to deliver results using Scrum or Kanban methodologies, directly contributing to the achievement of Corporate Trust business objectives.

Manage the department's cloud automation ecosystem, supporting multiple product groups within Corporate Trust and ensuring platform resilience and production performance.
Installation and configuration of cloud automation components, including:
Cloud Capture Network Server and remote site profiles for appropriate batch routing, assigned batch classes, and station licenses.
Remote Synchronization Agent and Recognition Server modules.
Custom code development to meet business requirements with the cloud automation platform and integration with upstream document management systems.
Utilize knowledge of standards, policies, best practices, and organizational structure to work both independently and collaboratively within your team and with key stakeholders.
Ensure the quality of tasks, services, and information provided by your team to guarantee high-quality, maintainable software that adheres to internal standards and policies.
5+ years of experience in planning, designing, implementing, configuring, upgrading, migrating, troubleshooting, and supporting high availability of cloud automation environments in high-volume business settings.
4+ years of experience in engineering and implementing custom application development using cloud automation tools.
Formal certification in cloud automation technologies.
Experience with relational databases such as Oracle/SQL Server.
Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
Strong expertise in customizing cloud automation modules and developing custom widgets with relevant technologies.
Experience in the financial services sector.
Advanced degree in Computer Science.
Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Proficiency in Windows Administration and Shell scripting.
Experience with DevOps practices.
Familiarity with test automation frameworks.
