Job Opportunity:

We are OneStaff Medical, a nationally-recognized and independently-owned staffing firm dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare staffing solutions. We are seeking a skilled Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse to join our team.

The Position:

As a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to premature and critically ill newborns in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) of a hospital. You will work under the direction of a physician, caring for the newborn and helping to educate their new mothers about their baby's condition, breastfeeding, and answering their questions.

You will be responsible for connecting the newborns to technology that helps them breathe and allows them to be fed intravenously, so they can gain weight. Your expertise and compassion will make a significant difference in the lives of these vulnerable patients and their families.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have a strong background in neonatal intensive care nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment. You should be able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, and be able to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. A valid nursing license and current certifications in neonatal intensive care nursing are required.
