Housekeeping Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Professional to join our team at Equity LifeStyle Properties. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring that our resorts are clean and tidy to provide an exceptional experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain the resort office, clubhouse, public access areas, and models to the highest standards.
• Prepare cabins and rentals for new guests by cleaning and ensuring they are ready for occupancy.
• Keep track of cleaning supply inventory and request refills as needed.
• Report any maintenance concerns to the Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist the maintenance staff and other staff members as needed.
• Drive a motorized vehicle to run errands and/or pick up supplies as needed.
• Work closely with management and the management staff to maintain open communications and ensure the resort team is integrated and coordinated.
• Provide outstanding customer service to our guests.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to three years of experience in a housekeeping role.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and products.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Estimated Compensation: $17.00 per hour.
