We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our team at Albertsons Companies. As a Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and wellness services, working closely with our team to optimize medication therapy and manage acute and chronic conditions.

• Deliver patient-centered care services, including disease state management and medication therapy optimization
• Supervise pharmacy technicians, clerks, and pharmacy interns to ensure seamless operations
• Uphold operational standards, including performance metrics, safety, and compliance
• Implement company initiatives to increase profitability and improve patient outcomes

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
• Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing
• Certified Immunizer preferred

Dependent on length of service, hours worked, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement, benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, sick pay (accrued based on hours worked), PTO/Vacation pay (accrued based on hours worked), paid holidays, bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (such as 401(k) eligibility).

The pay for this position is $69.35 per hour, but no less than the local minimum wage. Starting rates will vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
