Job DescriptionThis is a hands-on position that requires a high level of technical knowledge and mechanical aptitude. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and assisting with special projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting equipment;
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs as needed;
- Assist with special projects, such as renovating guest rooms or common areas;
- Interact with guests and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner;
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- A valid driver's license;
- Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Certification;
- Must meet applicable state and federal certification and/or licensing requirements;
