We are currently seeking a Retail Operations Leader who will play a crucial role in our success by guiding a team to deliver the exceptional Buff City Experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor team members to ensure outstanding customer service.

- Oversee inventory management, including raw materials and finished products.

Work Schedule:
The Retail Operations Leader is expected to work a standard 5-day workweek, totaling 40 hours, with flexibility to accommodate business needs.
Qualifications:
- Preferred college education, though not mandatory.
- Required experience in management or sales.
- Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
