Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Loss Prevention Detective to join our team at TJ Maxx. As a Loss Prevention Detective, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations and surveillance to identify and prevent theft and shrinkage
  • Collaborate with store management to develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive relationship with customers and employees
  • Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations related to loss prevention and security
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of security software
  • 0-2 years of retail or security experience
