Job Summary:

As a CT Technologist Lead at SSM Health, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of assigned department's services. This role requires a strong understanding of radiology and imaging procedures, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures quality image, patient care and work flow.
  • Monitors patient documentation for timely completion and accuracy.
  • Oversees quality control testing, equipment maintenance and trouble shooting.
  • Serves as a resource to department staff as well as other members of the team as needed.
  • Performs staff orientation, training, and coaching.
  • Provides input to staff performance evaluations.
  • Ensures all activities comply with regulatory agency standards.
  • Assists in maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly department.
  • Performs the duties of a CT Technologist.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or completion of a Radiology certification program and registered in CT & Radiology.
  • Two years' experience.

Work Environment:

This role is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and requires excellent communication and leadership skills.
