Job Summary

Rogers Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in an Outpatient Clinic setting. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and social needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans to address these needs and promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Medication Management: Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and monitor patients for any adverse reactions. Maintain accurate records of medication administration and patient responses.
  • Education and Support: Provide education and support to patients and their families on various health-related topics, including medication management, disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication. Maintain open and honest communication with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure that all needs are met.
  • Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred. Registered nurse licensed by State Board of Nursing in the state of employment. License must be in good standing with the State Board of Nursing in the state of employment.
  • Certifications: American Health Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification or is required within thirty (30) days of date-of-hire. Bi-annual re-certification is required.
  • Experience: Previous psychiatric experience with children, adolescents, and adults is preferred.
