Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on solar energy systems, including cleaning and inspecting solar panels and related equipment.
- Operate and maintain company-owned vehicles and equipment, including tractors and water trucks.
- Collaborate with a six-person crew to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Perform site clean-up and minor maintenance on equipment as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 0+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in solar energy or a related industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
