Physician (Family Practice) Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physician (Family Practice) to join our team at Heart of Ohio Family Health Centers. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patients' medical histories, lifestyles, and personal preferences.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses, specialists, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure that patients' needs are met and that their care is coordinated.
- Current licensure to practice medicine in the State of Ohio.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
