Production Assembler

We seek an individual who enjoys hands-on work and is eager to enhance their existing skills. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in assembly or a related field.
Compensation:
$19 per hour
Shift:
First shift
Work Hours:
6 AM - 2:30 PM
Education:
High School Diploma
Key Responsibilities:
Typical duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Performing basic and complex assembly, wiring, and construction of products and systems under general supervision.
- Reading and interpreting engineering configurations and wiring diagrams.
- Developing and applying nonstandard procedures.
- Overseeing and verifying the work of junior personnel.
- Coordinating tasks with other teams to ensure commitments are met.
- Adhering to quality procedures and policies in all tasks.
- Executing additional related duties as assigned by management.
Task Complexity:
Follow established practices and procedures to resolve both basic and complex issues. Decisions are generally based on established guidelines and may impact quality and accuracy. Mistakes could lead to delays and rework.
Qualifications:
A High School diploma plus 2-5 years of relevant assembly experience is required. Alternatively, a unique combination of education and experience may be considered. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering configurations and wiring diagrams is essential.
Essential Functions:
This role requires:
- Working in a smoke-free environment.
- Wearing steel-toed footwear.
- Operating in a non-temperature controlled setting.
- Manual lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Standing for extended periods, up to 8 hours.

Experience Level:
Experienced (2 years minimum)
