Traveling LPN

We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team as a Travel LPN. This opportunity allows an LPN to travel locally by working in various GSS locations within a 150-mile radius from home address, providing care with competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, flexibility, and no contract requirement.
About the Role
This position is responsible for providing nursing care to residents in various settings, including long-term care facilities. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to quality care and service in a Christian environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered by physicians
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and psychosocial needs, and provide appropriate interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, outcomes, and medication administration
- Participate in interdisciplinary care teams to promote resident-centered care and optimize health outcomes
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program; Associate degree in practical nursing preferred
- At least 3 months of experience in long-term care, with 6 months preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and residents

Estimated Salary Range:
