Key Responsibilities- Perform water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, lead abatement, and carpet cleaning services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of performance in all aspects of the job.
- Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and ensure all company equipment is in good working condition.
- Be available by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as needed.
- Assist with warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and provide leadership when needed.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds frequently.
