La Propiedad

El club ofrecerá acceso a un bar en la azotea y un restaurante en la terraza, así como un bar y salón en la planta baja con entretenimiento en vivo todas las noches.

El Rol

Estamos buscando un Mixólogo para apoyar y reportar directamente al Gerente de Bar. Este es un negocio dinámico, por lo que buscamos a la persona adecuada que sea autónoma y capaz de manejar múltiples tareas y proyectos simultáneamente.

Ser un comunicador activo, centrado en el cliente y un jugador de equipo colaborativo es esencial para garantizar que la experiencia proporcionada sea excepcional.

Principales Responsabilidades

• Gestionar la sección del bar asegurando que se mantengan los estándares y el control de calidad de la empresa.

• Asegurar que se cumpla la política de salud y seguridad en todo momento.

• Proporcionar a los huéspedes cócteles artesanales y platos innovadores, ofreciendo opciones de maridaje y promoviendo oportunidades de venta adicional.

• Cumplir con las pautas de Mystery Shopper y todos los estándares de servicio.

• Asistir a la gerencia en la contratación, capacitación y resolución de problemas durante un servicio ocupado.

• Mantener una actitud positiva mientras se está orientado al cliente y enfocado en las ventas.

• Trabajar de manera transversal con todos los departamentos para crear eficiencia operativa y facilidad de servicio.

• Mantener un área de trabajo segura, limpia, organizada y abastecida.

• Completar listas de verificación de apertura, transición y cierre diariamente.

• Ser responsable de la rotación de productos de frutas, purés, leches, jugos, jarabes, infusiones, amargos y frutas de temporada.

• Ayudar a mantener las hojas de inventario de vinos y licores actualizadas según sea necesario.

• Comunicar cualquier cambio en los vinos por copa al personal de servicio.

Requisitos

• Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en un entorno profesional y de ritmo rápido.

• Experiencia previa como Mixólogo, Mixólogo principal o servidor/mixólogo en un establecimiento de cócteles artesanales de alto volumen.

• Éxito comprobado como "campeón de la cultura", facilitando una excelente comunicación y compromiso.

• Enfoque en el trabajo en equipo con comprensión del panorama general y cómo puedes contribuir.

• Capacidad para gestionar diferentes partes interesadas de manera efectiva y ser persuasivo.

Requisitos Físicos:

• Debe ser capaz de agarrar, girar y sostener objetos con las manos.

• Debe poder estar de pie durante al menos 8 horas.

• Se requieren movimientos rápidos para desplazarse de una parte del club a otra.

• Debe poder mover, tirar, cargar o levantar entre 20 y 60 libras.

• Ocasionalmente arrodillarse, doblarse, agacharse y escalar según sea necesario.

• Debe poder usar una escalera.
