The Brown Foodservice team is seeking a skilled Security Specialist to join our Louisa, KY facility. As a key member of our security team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our property, employees, and products.

About the Role:

• This is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
• We are looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
• You will be responsible for performing regular security checks, monitoring surveillance cameras, and maintaining accurate records of incidents and events.
• A background check and drug screening are required for this position.
• The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and previous experience in a related field, such as security or law enforcement.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular security checks and respond to incidents promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, events, and security logs.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to ensure the security of the facility.
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees and visitors.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
