Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement specialized physical therapy techniques tailored to individual or group sessions, aligning with the educational requirements of students as outlined in their Individual Education Plans (IEP).
- Assess student progress and evaluate the appropriateness of continuing therapy services.
- Engage with parents regarding their child's physical therapy program.
- Maintain comprehensive records, reports, and documentation in compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as school policies, including justifications for equipment and material needs.
- Collaborate effectively with other disciplines to meet the diverse needs of all students.
- Adhere to established policies in accordance with federal and state laws, State Board of Education regulations, and school guidelines.
- Stay informed about the latest research, theories, and practices relevant to the Physical Therapy field.
