About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team at Ascension Seton. As a key member of our surgical services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient performance of surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare the operating suite with sterile equipment and supplies, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for surgical procedures.
  • Assist surgeons during procedures, providing necessary instruments and supplies as needed.
  • Help prepare, transport, and position patients for surgery, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Maintain accurate records of instruments and supplies used during procedures.
Requirements
  • BLS certification required within 1 month of hire date.
  • One or more of the following certifications required: NCCT or NBSTSA.
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of experience, or associate's degree/technical degree, or 4 years of applicable experience.
