As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing skilled occupational therapy services to patients in their homes. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans of care that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of employment, as well as a minimum of one year of experience in an acute care setting. Home care experience is preferred.
