  • Analyze escrow accounts to ensure sufficient funds for required payments.
  • Update tax lines in the system of record to maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the Escrow Specialist to establish modification plans, set up tax lines, and pay taxes in a timely manner.
  • Manually request tax bills, track critical dates, and make payments if not disbursed electronically.
  • Process tax payments in batch mode by installment due dates.
  • Set up new tax payees or modify existing ones as needed.
  • Update action and follow-up in all relevant systems.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily tasks related to tax payment processing.
  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve any issues related to tax payments.
  • Review and update tax-related documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate records of tax payments and updates.
