The Residential Community Leader will be responsible for managing all facets of the community and its resources, ensuring the satisfaction and retention of both residents and team members. Key responsibilities include optimizing financial performance in alignment with organizational objectives, overseeing recruitment, training, and staff management, as well as supervising site operations and maintenance.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage Marketing, Leasing, Maintenance, and Administrative functions and personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards, offering support and mentorship to team members.
  • Oversee the community's financial planning, track performance metrics, and address discrepancies.
  • Manage rent collection, expense oversight, and financial reporting.
  • Address resident concerns and foster a positive community atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with service providers and manage property enhancements and repairs.
  • Conduct regular meetings with department leaders and oversee staffing decisions.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and collaborative skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and financial oversight.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to various situations.
  • Experience in Property Management with leadership experience.
