- Staff Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of dental professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care.
- Program Development: Develop and implement programs to improve the delivery of dental care, including the development of policies and procedures.

- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a dental setting.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
