**Job Summary**

Hope Network Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals overcome neurological challenges and achieve their full potential.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify areas of improvement
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve strength, balance, endurance, coordination, and movement patterns
  • Design and instruct home exercise programs for clients and direct care staff
  • Prepare clinical treatment plans and progress notes for clients seen

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist
  • Member of the American Physical Therapy Association
  • Two years' experience working with Adult Neurologically Disabled/TBI population preferred
