Job Description:

The Construction Site Superintendent is responsible for ensuring a smooth and successful project execution after the design phase. This role requires strong communication skills, experience with HVAC/mechanical systems, and commercial construction knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage construction schedules and milestones
  • Administer safety programs and review project safety binders with subcontractors
  • Assist with managing equipment lead times and ordering construction-related items
  • Lead construction review meetings and provide weekly field reports to the Owner
  • Assist with commissioning efforts, register equipment for warranties, and schedule factory start-ups
  • Develop O&M manuals and as-builts, and address project issues and warranty concerns
Requirements:
  • Strong management and communication skills
  • Experience with HVAC/mechanical systems and commercial construction
  • Ability to develop and manage construction schedules and milestones
  • Knowledge of safety programs and administration
  • Ability to work effectively with subcontractors and the project team
