Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our facility. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing effective care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise their implementation
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
