Job Description:

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.">
  • Monitor residents' health status and vital signs, reporting any changes to the attending physician, fostering seamless communication and collaboration.">
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure resident-centered care.">
  • Assist in admission and discharge processes, guaranteeing smooth transitions for residents and their families.">
  • Document all care provided accurately and timely in residents' medical records, maintaining transparency and accountability.">
  • Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families, promoting understanding and empowerment.">
  • Adhere to regulatory standards and facility policies, upholding the highest standards of quality care.">
  • Must be comfortable working with Vents or willing to train as a Vent Nurse, showcasing adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning.">

Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in the state of Ohio.">
  • Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities, demonstrating expertise and knowledge.">
  • Excellent clinical skills, with a focus on compassionate and patient-centered care.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating effective teamwork and collaboration.">
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, prioritizing resident needs and satisfaction.">
