Home Infusion Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Home Infusion Nurse. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer infusion therapies, including antibiotics, fluids, biologics, blood products, and pain management medications
- Monitor patient safety and respond to any adverse reactions or concerns
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
- Collaborate with our infusion manager, coordinators, and other internal staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care
- NYS Registered Nursing License in good standing
- BLS Certification
- At least 3 years of full-time or equivalent part-time experience as a registered nurse in a home care infusion company, hospital, clinic, or medical facility
- Infusion experience is required
- Knowledge of principles and practices of supervision, performance evaluation, education, and Federal HIPAA Regulations
- Ability to read and interpret clinical documents, including physicians' orders and treatment plans
- Supervisory or managerial experience
- Knowledge of standard nursing policies, procedures, methods, and techniques
- Ability to participate in a multi-disciplinary healthcare team
- Competitive hourly rate of $50.00+
- Flexible scheduling with a minimum of 10 hours per week
