About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Home Infusion Nurse. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer infusion therapies, including antibiotics, fluids, biologics, blood products, and pain management medications
  • Monitor patient safety and respond to any adverse reactions or concerns
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Collaborate with our infusion manager, coordinators, and other internal staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care
Requirements
  • NYS Registered Nursing License in good standing
  • BLS Certification
  • At least 3 years of full-time or equivalent part-time experience as a registered nurse in a home care infusion company, hospital, clinic, or medical facility
  • Infusion experience is required
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of supervision, performance evaluation, education, and Federal HIPAA Regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret clinical documents, including physicians' orders and treatment plans
Preferred Qualifications
  • Supervisory or managerial experience
  • Knowledge of standard nursing policies, procedures, methods, and techniques
  • Ability to participate in a multi-disciplinary healthcare team
