Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve turf, weed, and shrub problems to maintain the aesthetic appeal of our clients' properties.
  • Apply environmentally responsible lawn care treatments to promote healthy lawn growth and minimize environmental impact.
  • Drive a company vehicle to complete assigned routes and maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle.
  • Use technology to read and follow routes, order specifications, and enter job details.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Department of Agriculture HLT Cat3 Certification, Pesticide License, or ability to pass company-paid exam within 60 days of hire (AR,TN employees only).
  • Background in lawn care/landscaping or golf course maintenance preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of fertilizers, insecticides, and fungicides preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, with or without any accommodation.
  • Flexibility to work Saturday hours on an as-needed basis to meet production goals.
