Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain buildings and facilities, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Operate cleaning equipment and use chemical cleaners effectively to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
  • Notify supervisors of minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, coworkers, and management.
  • Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards established by the company and regulatory authorities.
  • Perform seasonal tasks such as sweeping walks, raking leaves, cutting grass, and removing snow.
  • Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
  • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required.
  • Customer service experience and similar work experience preferred.
