Dishware Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Dishware Specialist to join our team at Red Lobster. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
• Operate the dishwasher and other equipment safely and correctly.
• Empty all trash in the kitchen and other areas.
• Support the Cooks with prep work, preparation of Signature Cheddar Bay biscuits, and other tasks as needed.
• Follow all cleanliness and safety protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests and team members.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
